At Buffalo Trace Distillery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium food products and merchandise. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right through a simple return or replacement process.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our Guest Services team within 30 days of receipt with your order number and details regarding the specific items you wish to return or exchange.

    Prepare the Package

    Ensure all food items are unopened and in their original packaging; apparel and merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with all tags attached.

  • 3.
    Ship Items Back

    Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring the items are packed securely to prevent damage.

  • 4.
    Receive Refund or Replacement

    Once our distillery team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange items within 5-7 business days.
